Aman dan Sentosa

well today had to wake up early in the morning to go to Sentosa with my family(including aunts n uncles n cuzzins). Had fun playing beach soccer with the boys... n good thing they are sporty about taking pictures.... get a lot of good shot today. i really love the 50mm lens. sharp images n no distortion. n love the big aperture. haha it seems boy eizhar also love to play with my camera with the 50mm lens. hope he join our photographic group haha...
Almost mrs mankey ask me to sleep early todea... i think i should take her advice... sooo tired. Tomoro i'm sending leo off to the airport. hope he won't forget anything after i send him there....

Crabby crab

yesterday i had a concersation with my beloved ibu... i told her how sometimes i would miss my father's curry crab. How sometimes i imagine the smell that would sip out of the kitchen n into my room, n slowly it's intensified. My father always had magic finger.be it with food or women...hehe. OH sometimes i really miss him la....
n we havent had crab in our home for years! YEARS! a DECADE!
Well, guess wat.... CRAB FOR DINNER TODAY!OH how i love my momma! Ketam masak sambal. Ease my lil secret craving for awhile there... haha. wish i could share with u nice ppl but SO SORRY!

Baby Lost her Phone

My baby lost her handphone... forgotten and dropped and unnoticed. A joyous day ended with sadness. To rub the blistering wound with salt, the founder, a murderous ah pek, drunk to the point of vegetation, pick up the bloody phone when we called. "wa tak culik lu hampon, lu kasi jatuh." translatied- " ididnt steal ur phone, u dropped it" wa the only fuckin words i heard clearly. Efforts to retrive back the phone was denied, only to found out that the 'mofo' wasnt intending to return it. with the help of a friend who could speak chinese, we was told to call him back at 2p.m. n he will "consider" returning it back. We called back at the specific time n he wouldnt answer. WTF! The MOFO shouldn't have answered the phone in the first 'fuckin' place rite!?!

So the new sim card was bought, a new number is used... the old is treasured in our hearts, remembered n missed. Gone are all the contacts nombers n birthday reminders n pictures.... sooo sad!

But! depite that... we had a great day before n after the freaking incident!
Before- we when shopping at marina. My "the greatness" fiancee bought herself a t-shirt @mango, a pair of pump shoes@ charles &keith, A bottle of diesel(damn it smell of sex!) @ vivo tangs... N she bought for me a Canon 50mm f:1.8 Len @cathay photo marina... HOW COOL IS THAT!

After- When she go to vivo to get her sim card,The "takde saper bley challen" herself decide to buy me a CHANEL perfume homme sport ALLURE! N we talk n had good laugh... it was sooo perfect. Thanks dearest. I'll find that ah pek n feed him to the giraffe after i chop n dice him n make him into a shape of a pile of leafs ok?

Last Sat Changi Boardwalk

hahah... the fiancee requested me to write this post..."B! gi la update ur blog... tulis la pasal yg kiter gi changi boardwalk tu. me boring ar asek gi blog u tengok benda samer jer."... hahahha.

Ok here goes....... The thought of going to changi boardwalk has been stapled in my mind for a couple of weeks now. Didn't know much abt the place, all i know it was a place where almost all enthusiastic photographer would go for their "walk about". The urge to go there grew after reading rashid's photo blog. N when lynn told me that her father was going to Bangkok for the weekend n let me use the big fat family car, i was trilled, n planned to go to changi with Sid N Rashid.
On the Saturday, the second day of my medical leave, although still a lil' feverish, I was convinced to go ahead with the plan... I went to lynn's to pick up the car. Rashid told me he would be late n he had to pick up some friends who wanna tag along so i make arrangement with Sid n then ask Adzwan n fiancee if they wana join us. Unfortunately adzwan got some other plans. The fat car was feeling a bit empty with just the 3 of us.
After i pick Sid up, i went back home to fetch my watch n also a map book for assistance just in case we got lost... just as i was moving off, rashid called to ask if i could pick khairul up. I was ecstatic. its been awhile since i met khairul, n the car are more like the "fun V" now. So i sped off to jurong point to pick mr. crab n fiancee.....
it took somewhere ard 30mins for us to reached the location. since i already checked the map before we move off, we were there before we know it... haha. Its the first time for all of us, n damn are we excited.
Changi boardwalk is a walk way around the coast, made of wood planks. Theres 4 part of the boradwalk all joint together. The sunset walk, the kelong walk, the cliff walk n the Sailing Point Walk. it stretches 1.2km around the coast of changi.
We started from the main entrance of the boardwalk. then the walk way was devided into two sides, on the right was the cliff walk n sailing point walk, n to the left was the kelong n sunset walk. so we decide to walk the cliff n sailing point walk first since we going to take picyures of sunset at the sunset walk later.
The air was different there, the natural atmosphere wasnt disturb by the harsh urban n industrial estate yet... We were excited of how beautiful the place is. Almost felt that i was on a holiday. We walk all the way to almost the end of the walk way before turning back to meet rashid n his friends at kelong walk...
the whole walk was breath taking. Some newly wed were there for photoshoot. me n fiancee, even ros was like planning to have our photoshoot there. It was Fun! We laugh n joked, at the same time enjoying the fresh sea breeze.
We met up with rashid n his friends abt 5 of them. Well they are heavily equiped. With tripods , flash guns, umbrellas n big ass cameras. this is like a super photoshoot expedition. They are indeed friendly but i think i'm not in the same league. But how i wish i have it all... haha.
As we watched the sky change color, the people passing by, the anglers readying their bait, everything seems like slow motion. Tranquil n serene is the atmosphere. I try to get some decent shot of the sunset, failing. i n constantly distracted by the relaxing ambience. i was wanting to enjoy the moment rather then capturing it.Well i think rashid had few awesome shot that i envy so much! After the sun was gone, we gathered n chat. While rashid n friends are trying out lighting technic with their bad ass equipments, i stood there drooling... haha.
All were hungry after that, n we went to changi village to eat, but unfortunately, the looser driver (me) couldnt get a parking lot. So we move to Bedok Corner for Dinner. Soon after the dinner i send all back to their sweet homes.
Its was a great advanture, with ol' friends n new ones. Hope to do this more often... haha. okey ppl i m starting to loose my vocabulary to sleepiness

jam-packed weekend

hehe i got 2 days m.c. today for the fever that disturb me so relently last night...
So thats it for this week...haha

I wish i would update this lil' blog of mine as often as sid or jabby's. Most of the time, i dont know wat to write... or wat i should tell u guys... lack of writers' inspirartion i guess. Well my life is not that exciting anyway.

But i think i wana recap last week end... where monday is a holiday(vesak day). I think its one of the action-pack week end i had so far this year...
Saturday we when to watch CONGKAK (rashid,lin,sid,boy,adil,lynn n myself). It was a scary movies from malaysia... which i m not a fan of.... i rate it 6.5/10. After that wa when to habib for the normal chitchat till 1a.m. too bad jabreilinggahei wasnt there to join us... it would have been marrier.
Sunday we went to one of our friend's wedding. he hapens to b a celebrity in the local tv channel... so alot of celebrities was there too, so i didnt stay long... Malu. Then after that i went to EXPO to meet adzwan n fiancee, rozi. This is the part where my stress level catapult to the sky... i feel i would never get prepared for my wedding... arrrgh... too many things to do, n too much money wasted. so after that we when back to habib for dinner n to cool off the steam of my head.
Monday... early morning i woke up n i called the fiancee, who by then still havent decide whether to follow my family to mount faber or not... in the end she decide to tag along... n 7.30a.m i went out to pick her up at her home. We went there by a mini bus that my uncle drove. its have been a talking point, abt this newly built bridges which combines 3 different parks into one. WHen we reached there then we knew that the bridge is name Hendesen Wave... i think i wld recommend u to go there n find out more abt it urself... its interesting but be prepared to have a long distance walk if u wana cover the whole bridge.
after the expedition, we went to west coast park to relax n eat. then we headed home tired n sweaty. At around 5p.m Me n the fiancee, plan to meet rashid n sid for photoshoot at the old jetty near amakeng, serimbon neo tiew. Rashid's driving... n wow i like it there... the sun is almost setting, the sea breeze is blowing, the boats swaying.. n friends laughing.... its totally awesome. then rashid took us to another plc justt beside serimbon camp... neat plc.... a plc for fishing n for sunset chasers. it really make my day.
when the night set in we went back to bukit batok n sit at 'makan shiok'cofee shop where adzwan join us. just when we thot it was the end of the day, adzwan ask for our companionship to go to bukit batok nature park to find ..HANTU. unsuccessful as usual... hehe
it was to me ... a jam-packed weekend n of course a lot of photos.
I m proud that sid like my picture.... he even post it on his blog... thanks mate. hehe glad u like it.

ICT FTX & OAG

hey guys its been a long time since i update my blog..well its ok ... i guess the only one who read this is most probably... MR Shahreil"stimgam" bakri, MR Siddiq"viciously" ali. NIwea thanks GUYS! Love u to the core!
Well after five years i have completed my National service..... this is the 1st time i was call up for reservist ICT-(in camp training)... feather -dustered my NO.4 n FBO- full battle order, wake up xtra early on the 1st day n set off to find the private chalets book esspecially for us!
haha... N Kranji Camp III was not an easy camp to find for Newbies like us... i got to two other camps n ask for directions b4 i reach my actual camp... actually it was super straigt forward... just that its clustered with 4 other camps that confused our sense of direction....
As i reach there, i saw old faces that really put me at ease... But before i could in-process, i was ask to have a haircut at the already long-queued barber shop at the end of the canteen. And like all the NSmen N NSF alike know... although very cheap... your haircut wont worth a single dollar... FUCK!
The 1st week of the ict was totally relaxing... Waiting was like the main exercise that u have do to test ur endurance....And after we smoked our half-decent lungs out to the point of irrepairability, they torture us with sleepy lectures in a fully air-conditioned auditorium theatre with seats rivals most cinemas in town area...
then came the IPPT test which i failed. N then the 5km route march with SBO, helmet & m16... then more waiting up till weekends.
Then 2nd week came the actual ftx- field training xcercise... where all the Field pack, SBO, rifle n friends really make the difference in how bad u have to suffer at the period of time...
We r scheduled for a 3days 2 nights out-field... 1st nite was ok. we deployed at the run-down building of the old 3rd guards battalion... lucky me, need not do any sentry duty. So i got the whole nite to do absolutely nothing xcept waiting... n figuring out how to make the combat ration taste like food! YUCKS!
2nd day 1/2 of my platoon was lucky enuf to get deployed to my old ns unit jurong camp, where we repaired a number of vehicle... N get to eat NASI lEMAK! At last real cooked food.. at 8.30 p.m on this same day the whole coy move out....
1st a 2hrs journey to sungei gedong area just behind the cemetary of lim chu kang, where we r to simulate a river crossing drill, then finally ard 1a.m we reach our actual deployment ares which is lam sam.

N tats where the hell start... we only get to have 1 hrs slp... n at 6.15a.m we already got to start all the preparation n standy for enemy attacks... its a total hell.... but lucky enuf by 1p.m the whole excercise was over... we head back to our camp... but b4 that we are attack my 'enemy' on our way.
the next day we out process... where we already feel that we gonna miss each other... and the experience we had are almost unforgetable.
the bond we manage to ties this 2weeks r great... so next in-camp we wont get any butterfly in our stomach...
after its over... i went to esplanade to watch O.A.G.- rocking the region- malaysia.
it was a kick ass performance... sorry for the long boring story guys... just feel i got to jot this down for rememberance....
